Here are the steps to follow to Renew your PLRD security officers license
There are 3 steps to follow :

STEP1 : Complete the Quiz from POLWEL
Register for the Online quiz at : https://rqs.polwel.org.sg/Registration
Make payment of $21.80
Complete the quiz and result will be displayed at the screen.
If you PASS Move to Step 2 If you FAIL Repeat the QUIZ

STEP 2 : Apply for Renewal from go business license
Go to https://licence1.business.gov.sg/feportal/web/frontier/home
Log in with your Singpass
Go to Due for Renewal
Enter the Acknowledgement Number
Proceed to renew with payment of $16 and PLRD will update you on the renewal status
within 7 working days .
STEP 3 : Make your new PLRD Pass from USE
Follow this https://www.iduse.org.sg/User_Guide.pdf
Log in and use Singpass to apply https://www.iduse.org.sg/
ONLY AFTER STEP 2 @ GO business approve the renewal
